Rent an Office

Station Business Centre was designed to meet the needs of small growing businesses who are looking to take on their first business premises. Possibly for a business that was started from home and now needs an office of its own.

We have eight offices of different sizes. The rent for each includes:

• heating, lighting and power
• broadband
• office furniture for one person
• fully alarmed
• use of kitchen, fax machine and metred use of photocopier
• daytime use of meeting room
• 24/7 access

The only additional payments that tenants have to make are business rates (approx £3 - £5 pw), telephone landline if required (lines are available without connection charge, monthly line rental and call charges paid direct to the phone company) and photocopier use (charged per copy)

Offices 1-3 are on the ground floor, offices 4-8 on the first floor.

Terms are easy-in easy-out … one month’s deposit in advance, one month’s notice on departure.
