Clowne Enterprise has been shortlisted for the prestigious "Derbyshire Times Business Awards 2010". They have been listed in the "Community Contribution" category which rewards organisations who have made an outstanding contribution in their local community. It recognises Clowne Enterprise's work in supporting Enterprise Growth within Clowne and its surrounding area, and especially the voluntary contribution made by many members in helping new enterprises to get started.

The winners of the awards will be announced at the presentation dinner at the B2net stadium in Chesterfield on November 18th. Clowne Enterprise's Chief Executive, Paul Davies, says "This is fantastic news. We have a great record of helping new businesses to get off the ground. This award recognises the time that our members put in for free to help and advise aspiring new enterprises".
